Welcome traders

Thank you for showing an interest in donating your surplus food to us over this festival season! As you may already know, we are super excited to announce that we are partnering with Brockwell Live [in bold letters] to help combat surplus food waste at their series of festivals this summer!

If you decide to join us at the festivals we will be at, you will be given the amazing opportunity to donate your surplus food from these festivals to us, where we will then distribute it to those in need within the local community. By doing so, you’ll also be able to give something back to those in need, promote your business to a wider audience and connect with like-minded people!

What happens on the day? 

The festivals will take place between 26th May – 11th June in Brockwell Park. At each festival we will collect the surplus food from various food traders and then deliver it straight to those in need, all whilst spreading awareness of our charity and what we do to others!

Additionally, to make sure everything runs smoothly at each festival, we will make sure to double check for allergens and ensure there is no cross contamination, as well as offering packaging for you to box up your food if you need it. We also understand and respect different diets and religious requirements, so we will do our best to make sure there is no cross contamination between meat, vegetarian and vegan items.
